Got the hot water heater, heated up and running in no time! They were there quickly and worked efficiently.

My roommates and I were touring a different apartment nearby which we didn’t like and ended up passing by Arista Flats leasing office and walked in. We were greeted by all of the leasing agents and they were all so nice. We ended up talking to Alexa and she was so kind and ended up giving us a last minute tour of two rights right there without an appointment. A couple days after we ended up getting the apartment! Amazing experience and the apartments are beautiful.

I didn’t have any hot water and when I emailed the leasing office, Alexa was quick to respond and got a work order in. Maintenance was very communicative and called me to make sure it was a good time to come up to my apartment and take a look. They checked the water heater in a matter of a few minutes and was done. I had hot water within the hour!
