APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Broomfield

We love living here!!! The front office team are friendly, helpful and full of smiles. We looked at a lot of apartment places and this place was the best by far. We had so much fun getting in the Golf cart and looking at vacant apartments!! Sarah you are a great driver- we should golf sometime. We found the perfect fit for my husband and I. The best part about living here is that it is very Pet friendly. Stop in the front office to grab your dog a bone!!!! We've lived her for about 7 months now and are impressed with the place. The office staff, especially Stephanie, are very friendly and professional. Any time we walk in she remembers our names and our dog's name if she's with us. We have a loft style apartment and it is roomy and well designed. The only thing I can think of to improve is that the sinks are super small for the amount of counter space. That's it. We don't hear much from our neighbors and the ones we've met are friendly. The grounds are well kept and walking around in the open space is nice. On event nights it gets a little busy but not that bad. The traffic control people just wave us through when you show them the parking permit. I love having space around us to walk the dog and see the wildlife. I love being so close to 36 and having a couple restaurants to walk to. The rent is reasonable and they take care to be pet friendly. Seriously, no complaints.

This community is one of the best I've lived in, given I've been fortunate to live in some nice places. Patty, Audra, Tracy and Jackie are extremely professional and helpful on ANY problems that may arise. The ONLY problem I have is that during events, Broomfield PD really needs to get their act together and remember us residents aren't here to see a concert.
