The Arista flats team made things really simple and always communicated in a timely fashion. The location is great and the building is in great condition! The apartment is really nice and is on the third floor so has some tall ceilings which makes it feel so much more spacious. Thank you Arista Flats team for making the move in process simple and easy! I am looking forward to my time living here.

We have lived here for about 5 months and love it. Maintenance is always timely and very kind. The leasing office staff is responsive and helpful with any needs and made the move-in process easy! The amenities are great- especially the dog washing station that is a short walk down the block. The community is quiet and friendly. Within the area there is a fenced in dog park, paved paths, and plenty of space to walk/play with our dog. Each street has bag dispensers and garbage cans for pet waste.

Our washer broke and it took a bit of time because the team was trying to fix it but just when I was about to give up yesterday they came and switched it out for a brand new one that works so well!!! A million ✨⭐️🌟✨🌟⭐️🌟✨⭐️ to the maintenance team and everyone involved! Thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Arista Flats is an awesome community. Brandon and Taylinn were super friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. The property is clean, well-run, and has a great vibe the moment you walk in. You can tell they care about their residents and keep the place looking sharp. Great experience all around.
