My roomate and myself were very interested in the apartments here and Hannah Platter made the process so easy! Moving is always a stressful experience however, Hannah helped us so much and created such a welcoming experience for us.

From moving states, we searched endlessly for an apartment to be ready at the right time. We kept coming back to Arista Flats because it was in a good location, quit, and comfortable. After emailing some places, Hannah was always helpful in getting back to us, to answer any questions or concerns. After moving in, we love it here and have made it our new home!

My husband and I have been looking for an apartment for our family. Since we stepped into the leasing office for a tour Hannah has been super helpful and responsive

My bf and I came into the leasing office around May to get a tour of the apartments we were interested in. Alexa Dugan greeted us and helped give us a tour around the area. She answered all of our questions and was very kind. Thomas was also amazing. The staff replied promptly with any questions we had.

Recently moved to Arista Flats and Hannah Platter made the transition very easy. She addressed all of my questions, concerns, and request timely and respectfully. She is extremely helpful.

Overall living here has been a very positive experience. It's a great location and the amenities are really good. The staff was very responsive and helpful with the move in process, especially Hannah. My only minor problems so far have been a lack of parking space available late at night and the lack of access to the heated pool during the the colder months. I have no problems recommending these apartments especially if you like 1st Bank Center
