I have lived at this complex for 4 years now and it has been wonderful. The location, amenities and staff have always been awesome and I love how it is central to everything with only a 20 minute commute to Boulder and Denver. Last year Arista Flats took over and it was a little bit chaotic with the company transfer. Through and through though Alexa Dugan, leasing director, has answered questions, promptly responded to service requests and has made herself available for any and all questions and comments. As a resident who values the customer service experience, she makes living here an absolute pleasure. She is positive, friendly, knowledgable, fair, quick to respond to emails and always open to conversation. As far as staff members go, I believe Alexa prides herself on providing an outstanding living experience to her residents. The quality of staff members definitely sets the tone for any apartment living experience, and with Alexa in a position of leadership I believe Arista Flats is well on their way to providing a 5-star experience where residents are treated as friends and family. Thank you for all you do and I look forward to a continued positive experience leasing with you.

My roomate and myself were very interested in the apartments here and Hannah Platter made the process so easy! Moving is always a stressful experience however, Hannah helped us so much and created such a welcoming experience for us.

From moving states, we searched endlessly for an apartment to be ready at the right time. We kept coming back to Arista Flats because it was in a good location, quit, and comfortable. After emailing some places, Hannah was always helpful in getting back to us, to answer any questions or concerns. After moving in, we love it here and have made it our new home!

My bf and I came into the leasing office around May to get a tour of the apartments we were interested in. Alexa Dugan greeted us and helped give us a tour around the area. She answered all of our questions and was very kind. Thomas was also amazing. The staff replied promptly with any questions we had.
