APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Broomfield

I initially left a one-star review due to a misunderstanding with management and difficulty resolving my concerns. I’m glad to say that my concerns were ultimately heard and resolved. Thank you to Liz and Margie for their help and professionalism.

I am just finishing up my first year here. And I decided to do a review because I want to give credit where credit is due. And also I know how important these reviews are when you are first considering moving in to a new apartment. Arista Flats definitely had some questionable reviews on here when I was getting ready to move in but I had found out that it was under New Management and I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I will say that I have witnessed firsthandedly just what a difference new management can make. There were several bad reviews about maintenance before I moved in, but I can tell you firsthandedly that maintenance is a 10 out of 10 here now! I have never not had maintenance come straight out to repair anything and everything I have ever needed and they are polite and helpful every time. In regards to the office, they have been nothing but courteous, and helpful and addressed the very minimal problems that I have had with priority and respect. So I just wanted to put this post up because if you are looking for somewhere to live, the apartments are big and beautiful and the price point is desirable as well. Thanks to management and the entire team that has worked so hard to make living here a positive experience!

The Arista flats team made things really simple and always communicated in a timely fashion. The location is great and the building is in great condition! The apartment is really nice and is on the third floor so has some tall ceilings which makes it feel so much more spacious. Thank you Arista Flats team for making the move in process simple and easy! I am looking forward to my time living here.

We have lived here for about 5 months and love it. Maintenance is always timely and very kind. The leasing office staff is responsive and helpful with any needs and made the move-in process easy! The amenities are great- especially the dog washing station that is a short walk down the block. The community is quiet and friendly. Within the area there is a fenced in dog park, paved paths, and plenty of space to walk/play with our dog. Each street has bag dispensers and garbage cans for pet waste.

Our washer broke and it took a bit of time because the team was trying to fix it but just when I was about to give up yesterday they came and switched it out for a brand new one that works so well!!! A million ✨⭐️🌟✨🌟⭐️🌟✨⭐️ to the maintenance team and everyone involved! Thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
