APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Broomfield

I’m currently loving my new apartment! I worked with Alexa for the apartment tours and I ended up wanting to see it multiple times and she was super helpful always and made the whole process so easy!

I just wanted to share that it has been a pleasure moving into AF and I have had the pleasure of working with Alexa in the leasing office. I encountered some personal issues prior to move in that could have affected my move in but the leasing office and Alexa were very understanding and helpful! I have been here 3 weeks today and I am beyond elated to be living here. It feels like a little community. I go out of my way when I’m walking around the complex and say hi or smile at fellow neighbors. I think it’s important to keep this community pleasant to be in. It’s been a saving grace prior to living in Denver. Yuck. Thanks AF for all you have done! I look forward to my stay here! :)

I toured over 5 different complexes in the Denver metro area, and this was the place that felt welcoming and like I could live there. Alexa was so much help throughout the process, and always answered the many questions I had!

Our experience so far here at Arista Flats has been excellent! It started before we even moved when we worked with Alexa from out of state. She was so prompt and informative! We love the location. It’s friendly and quiet, but not too quiet. So many friendly residents to meet around the area while out on walks, and very dog friendly! Everyone in the office and maintenance has been friendly and fabulous!

For 3 months we had scoured all over the Denver Metro area for suitable apartments that we could make our home. It is pretty rough out there! We finally came upon these apartments and were pleasantly surprised! The property is clean and well kept and the apartments are beautiful. Alexa took care of us from showing us all around to handling all the paperwork. She is such an asset and was kind ,knowledgeable and made everything happen with ease. I 100 percent am pleased and excited to make our home there!

12/2022 they were once again quick to fix what we need! Our dryer wasn’t drying and we needed a new one. It was installed within a few days! Alexa was amazing to work with! She made finding a place to live while in another state so easy ! Everyone in the office has been wonderful as well. The neighborhood is clean, quiet (but not too quiet), great location and friendly people! I placed a work order for a light out in the garage and it was fixed the same day.
