I talked with Alexa regarding leasing an apt. She’s very knowledgeable, she answered my questions and made me feel at ease about moving from my home town to Broomfield. Her professionalism and great attitude is what has helped me want to move to Arista Flats. Please see Alexa, you won’t be disappointed

Thomas did a fantastic job of showing us around the complex. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had, and we felt very comfortable with him. Sometimes leasing agents can feel a little pushy or shady, but Thomas was neither of these. He created a great experience and environment for us, and I would definitely do business with him again!

I met with Sydney Moore to see the apartment and go through the approval process. It was so easy and I am very happy with the condition of the apartment and services offered versus the monthly cost.

This is a beautiful complex! After stopping by and speaking with all the leasing agents I decided to go with Sydney as she was super helpful and friendly from the start. I'm so glad I did, she made the whole experience so much more pleasant. Sydney was informative and very professional, yet so much fun to tour with. If you make an appointment I suggest making it with her. Oh and Arista, this woman deserves a raise.
