Came to do a tour of the property and Thomas Lopez was awesome. Very professional and well spoken, answered all of my questions and concerns. Really helped me feel comfortable and reassured me in wanting to live at arista flats. Great staff and a great community. Thank you for your time Thomas.

The move-in process was very easy and Alexa was super friendly and responsive! There were a few hiccups with my apartment upon moving in and the maintenance crew were extremely fast at fixing them. Glad to be a part of this community. 😊

Maintenance is great and was quick with the few things I needed fixed👍🏻
