Sydney was sooooo helpful and friendly! Even despite the cold weather she drove us around and gave us a wonderfully comprehensive tour. The apartments were great and in our price range and we’re definitely considering moving here.

Arista flats were AMAZING APARTMENTS! My boyfriend and I went to go tour an apartment and absolutely fell in love with the place. The best part of the whole experience was having Alexa Dugan as our tour guide. She was so kind and friendly and answered all of our questions in an informative and professional manner. My fiancée and I just moved here and it’s been a great so far. Friendly front office and great communication. No complaints and love our new little home. Our leasing director, Sydney, made us love arista flats from the minute we stepped foot into the office.

The staff has been very helpful and professional during the move in process and my stay here at Arista. The apartments are nice and have been maintained very well. The maintenance requests are addressed immediately. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here at Arista.
