My entire move in process was great from my inquiry to unloading the uhaul. The team in the leasing office is very responsive and helpful and very very kind! When we picked up the keys they ended up not working for our unit, but they let us in and had the locks changed with fresh keys in under 2 hours. the move in prices were fair and the unit was very clean and updated! Very happy 😊

I have lived at this complex for 4 years now and it has been wonderful. The location, amenities and staff have always been awesome and I love how it is central to everything with only a 20 minute commute to Boulder and Denver. Last year Arista Flats took over and it was a little bit chaotic with the company transfer. Through and through though Alexa Dugan, leasing director, has answered questions, promptly responded to service requests and has made herself available for any and all questions and comments. As a resident who values the customer service experience, she makes living here an absolute pleasure. She is positive, friendly, knowledgable, fair, quick to respond to emails and always open to conversation. As far as staff members go, I believe Alexa prides herself on providing an outstanding living experience to her residents. The quality of staff members definitely sets the tone for any apartment living experience, and with Alexa in a position of leadership I believe Arista Flats is well on their way to providing a 5-star experience where residents are treated as friends and family.
