I'm pleased to say that this business is very inviting, accommodating and friendly. Alexa helped me through the entire process and was very understanding. Unfortunately I wasn't able to move into the apartment for personal reasons, but I'd 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality affordable apartment.

We called service at 3 am because our smoke detector started chirping due to low battery. We did not have any 9v batteries and our dog was freaking out from the noise. The emergency maintenance guy on duty answered right away and came within 10 min and changed the battery quickly. Even greeted our dog and gave him a little head pat. Lol

Every time I submit a Maintenace request, they are there within the day or the next day! The maintenance men are so nice and respectful!

Alexa is awesome! We moved in last month and she was very helpful and supportive with the process! Definitely recommend to speak with Alexa if you’re considering moving to Arista Flats.

My entire move in process was great from my inquiry to unloading the uhaul. The team in the leasing office is very responsive and helpful and very very kind! When we picked up the keys they ended up not working for our unit, but they let us in and had the locks changed with fresh keys in under 2 hours. the move in prices were fair and the unit was very clean and updated! Very happy 😊
