I had a great experience from the tour to the lease signing to the moving in! Alexa was very helpful in showing me and my roommate an apartment that fit our budget and our move - in timeline! The apartment is also so cute and cozy and I’m happy to be a tenant!

Let me tell you, I am not one to leave reviews but Alexa made this process so easy. I literally applied on a Monday and had my keys on Wednesday morning. I’ve been here for a little over 10 days and it’s been amazing. Some amazing views and just in love with the unit. Neighborhood is also really nice because you can safely walk around and visit the shops on Arista. Had a small issue with finding a package and someone was able to help me immediately and boom it was resolved. I would highly recommend making Arista Flats your future home!

Maintenance is wonderful and friendly !

Alexa Dugan was amazing; I walked into the office, and she was so helpful; for almost 30 minutes, I was approved and handed the keys. They are always so helpful and a great place to live.

Overall a fantastic place to live! Alexa and Thomas are super helpful whenever I have a question, and they recently updated the entire property so it looks extra fresh and clean. I love the amenities and the new package lockers, too!

I can't say enough about how helpful Alexa was in helping us with the apartment rental process. She answered all of my questions, and there were a lot. She was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Arista and Alexa.
