My wife and I absolutely LOVE living here! From the unit itself to the community around - we have had nothing but the BEST experience at Arista Flats. The leasing office (Thomas, Griffin & Taylor specifically) have been so helpful, understanding, professional and caring. I can’t express enough how much we truly appreciate your help navigating our situation! They make living here an incredibly enjoyable experience! 😊 Arista Flats is hands down one of the best places to live between Denver & Boulder. The bus station nearby makes it convenient to get anywhere - sliding down to Denver/Boulder for a game, event or meal is a breeze and you have the added benefit of not having to worry about parking. You can also hit any of the shops/restaurants on our community strip for a convenient night out, without being too far from home! Maintenance is ON POINT. Put in a request for our AC and it was fixed the same day before I got home from work. You can tell they’re always working on the upkeep of their property. Plus, the landscaping always looks good and has only gotten better by the season (and that’s coming from a former landscaper myself). Arista Flats is honestly one of the best places to live and we look forward to more years to come! Thank you Arista Flats for being AWESOME!! WE BIG APPRECIATE YOU!

Nice and upcoming area and the apartments are pretty sweet

the maintenance people came the very next morning after putting in our request. they did need to get a plumber to fix garbage disposal but that also happened the very next day everything was quick and fixed within 2 days

everything was clean and ready to go upon moving in, something that we didn’t experience with our first apartment out here. beyond happy with everything. Thomas was great from beginning to end with the entire process. everything went so smoothly, and we are more than satisfied!

Thomas is truly amazing. He’s a pretty cool guy; very sweet and kind, and professional. My roommate and I have been living here for about 1 1/2 years now and anytime we had a problem or had any questions, Thomas was there to help us. He takes really good care of me and my roommate; he deserves more recognition and a raise! Ask for Thomas if you’re planning on getting a tour of Arista Flats or if you need anything.
