Thomas is truly the best, hands down. I opened a maintenance request and was contacted within 2 hours, it was completed quickly as well. Great communication, thorough, and he cares about the residents.

So far so good, the air conditioning here is a million times better here than at arista uptown up the street, this place is nicer and cheaper too
Best decision I made coming to Arista flats. Apartments nice and spacious plus they are on top of their business!!!!
So far so good! Moved in yesterday and it went smoothly. The community is very nice, wish there were more amenities, but the staff has been great, the apartment is clean and quiet, and I think we'll be happy here!
