The comments about management not being helpful and not being able to get new bulbs is not true. I've had nothing but successful encounters with management and the maintenance staff. When I needed new bulbs I got them the same day, when I needed the batteries replaced in the detectors, I got them the same day. When the drain in the bath room was clogged, it was fixed the next day. Management always seems to be very helpful and sincere about any issues and works to get the problems resolved.
The apartments are not cheaply made. I've lived other places where you can hear a sneeze through the walls. I do not have that problem hear. The only bad thing about sound is the parking lot tends to amplify sounds and if you are on that side of the building you will hear the disrespectful tenants that want to be unnecessarily loud.
I think AMLI Arista is a great location. Blocks from the bus stop, restaurants, coffee shop, tap house, and frozen yogurt.
Before you give this place one star, think long and hard about your review. These are how businesses' reputations are built. If you lived here for 6 years let's be honest you loved it here or you would have moved sooner. If you think not getting a bill constitutes a reason to give a terrible review that is ridiculous. Your bill is due the first of every month. If you need a paper version, print one out from your online account. Don't complain about the 1st Bank Center, you moved in knowing it was there. It doesn't cause any problems and we cannot hear anything that goes on there. If the neighbor's dog barks all night long, call the cops. They are the only ones that can do anything about it, not the staff.
The experience here has been great. The management will do what they can to correct any issues, IF THEY CAN!! There will always be things out of their control, that would happen anywhere you live. They can't perform magic.
