My apartment is gorgeous and thanks to Sydney being so awesome and charismatic throughout the viewings made this a great experience. Your staff has responded to every work order super fast. Keep it up yall!

I love living here! I moved in 8 months ago and had some issues with the management, but now that the new team has taken over everything runs so smooth! The maintenance requests get taken care of right away and everyone in the office is super helpful. I’ll definitely be renewing for another year.

Staff is super friendly, patient and effective. The units are nice (I've lived in multiple) and the buildings are well kept. All adds up for a rock solid community!

Arista Flats was a breeze to move into and even better living here. THe community is quiet for the most part, parking can be tight if you do not have a garage (but I feel like that is every complex I have lived at). Overall, my neighbors are friendly. There are shops are restaurants within walking distance so that's a huge plus as well! Totally recommend living here!

The location is great. The office and maintenance staff have been very responsive and helpful in every way possible. I would recommend living here to anyone.

New management has been so attentive. I have been dealing with issues with my neighbors since moving in over 6 months ago, and FINALLY feel like things are being addressed now that the new management has taken over.

UPDATE: the new staff are so nice and welcoming. The maintenance service is even greater than before. Overall satisfied so far.

This place is amazing! The staff is so nice and helpful. They seem to actually make an effort to help each person that comes to them. The maintenance is great as well. They handle everything we have asked of them and they do it with a smile. I thought that change of management would be an issue but in all honesty, I think this change was for the better. I feel like the management here now is so helpful!
